The Objective Principle of Natural Self-Ownership

There are seven objective principles in total – This is the THIRD principle. The sixth and seventh principles are a result from the first five principles.

The Objective Principle of Natural Self-Ownership

This is not a legal document and is not to be used legally in any country – This is a philosophical prescription for posterity to think about in future generations. This document is not to be used in a legal manner in any country.

Natural Self-Ownership
Objectively “Natural Self-Ownership” is an objective “Natural Law” authoritative position that is inexorably embodied within every individual from their own primordial genesis; every human individual being that exists, simply does exist Naturally as a “Natural Self-Owner.”
A “Natural Self-Owner” simply exists as a “Natural Self-Owner” because every individual is born with natural possession of one’s own mind, body and determinations (this is reliable by objective aggregated verification).
A “Natural Self-Owner” is every individual that exists in “Natural Law”; a “Natural Self-Owner” is embodied (by objective aggregated verification) with “Natural Authority” to own (possess) their own “Life,” their own “Body,” their own “Mind” and all of their own “Mind’s Cognitive Faculties.”
A “Natural Self-Owner” is authoritatively the highest authority (the apotheosis of authority) in “Natural Law” to possess, manage, control or release his or her inherent “Individual Cognitive Assets (knowledge, understanding, wisdom, ideas, know-how, inventions, innovations, mental solutions or secrets).”
A “Natural Self-Owner” is authoritatively the highest authority in “Natural Law” to create, manage, control or deploy his or her own “Natural Individual Liberty, which is his or her own deployed “Objective Just-Action.”

Human Corporeal Property (The individual body)
“Human Corporeal Property” is “Individual Naturally Owned Property”; the individual human corporeal body is possessed authoritatively and legitimately by each individual who is intrinsically, naturally, and physiologically connected to it (“The Embodiment Principle”).

Every individual beginning at their own primordial genesis is a “Natural Self-Owner” of his or her own body who is embodied with “Natural Authority”; the individual human corporeal body is always “Legitimately Owned” by the individual who is intrinsically, naturally and physiologically connected to it (“The Embodiment Principle”).

Every individual on earth, regardless of gender, age, creed, ethnicity, location, or status, is “Embodied” with “Natural Authority” beginning at their own primordial genesis to possess and “Legitimately Own” their own “Human Corporeal Property (The individual body).”

“Human Corporeal Property” cannot be purchased or sold ethically; it is objectively unjust to purchase or sell “Human Corporeal Property.” Ethically it is also objectively unjust to purchase or sell “Natural Authority” or “Natural Self-Ownership” of the “Human Corporeal Body” to another individual, group of individuals or any kind of political, religious, organizational, business or acting entity (this is unjust-action); it is “Aggress” or “Despotism” for any individual, group of individuals or any kind of political, religious, organizational, business or acting entity to purchase or sell “Human Corporeal Property.” All “Slavery” is unjust “Aggress” and if that aggress is organized then it is unjust “Despotism.”

Human Incorporeal Property – (The Individual Mind)
The individual mind, reasoning, and “all” the mind’s cognitive faculties are emergent corollaries which are possessed individually and authoritatively as “Human Incorporeal Property.” The mind’s faculties are objectively detectable in human action throughout history by rational observance. As science expands its understanding of the mind there may be more cognitive faculties discovered than are listed here, yet it is objective to observe that these listed faculties do exist in mankind; consciousness, thinking, perception, imagination, judgment, conscience, self-determination, emotions, and memory are all rationally observable faculties of the mind which are objectively possessed individually and authoritatively by every “Natural Self-Owner.”

A “Natural Self-Owner” is equipped to physiologically facilitate the mind, reasoning, and cognitive faculties; the mind, reasoning, and all “Human Cognitive Faculties” are all “Legitimately Owned” “Human Incorporeal Property” possessed by the “Natural Self-Owner, and are individually controlled with “Natural Authority,” which is the highest authority in the confines of Natural Law.

“Human Cognitive Faculties” which are also “Human Incorporeal Property” are objectively able to build “Individual Cognitive Assets” in one’s own mind, such as “knowledge, understanding, wisdom, ideas, know-how, inventions, innovations, mental solutions, imaginations, patterns or secrets”; “Individual Cognitive Assets” in the individual mind are not “Human Incorporeal Property” but are authoritatively controlled assets of the mind and are objectively managed by the “Natural Self-Owner” who has “Natural Authority” to do so.

“Human Incorporeal Property” (The Mind, and all Human Cognitive Faculties) is differentiated from “Individual Cognitive Assets”; “Individual Cognitive Assets” can be voluntarily released or sold as knowledge, understanding, wisdom, ideas, know-how, inventions, innovations, mental solutions, imaginations, patterns or secrets. Once “Individual Cognitive Assets” are released, they are objectively no longer controlled inherently by the originating “Natural Self-Owner”; when they are released away from the originating “Natural Self-Owner” the “Individual Cognitive Assets” can be “known” and “possessed” by anther “Natural Self-Owner.” The release can be predicated on a voluntary and an agreed-upon binding contract, where the voluntary agreement can restrict the recipient of the assets. However these assets can also be released voluntarily with no agreed-upon obligations involved.

Once “Individual Cognitive Assets” which are ethically and authoritatively managed by a “Natural Self-Owner” have been voluntarily released, deployed, discussed, disseminated, broadcasted, sold at large, or are contractually sold, these assets may intentionally or unintentionally become “Known Cognitive Assets” to society with various recipients at large; this intentional or unintentional release will naturally and objectively result in an increase of knowledge with another or many other “Natural Self-Owners.“ If no individual contractual commitment was made by a receiving “Natural Self-Owner or Self-Owners” of “Released Cognitive Assets” then it becomes objective that these assets are now “known” in the minds of these new recipient “Natural Self-Owners.”

It is objective that “Initiated Violence” can never be ethically deployed against individuals in society in order to prevent a “Natural Self-Owner” from using his or her “own knowledge.” If an individual agrees contractually to receive secret-knowledge, and is contractually obligated to operate with that knowledge a certain way, then there can be a legitimate restraint on what is contractually received, so long as the knowledge-reveal itself does not harbor, promote, or deploy aggress or despotism upon anyone else.
When an individual without a voluntary contract non-aggressively discovers “Individual Cognitive Assets” released by another, then that discovery is “objectively verifiable to be known” to the person who discovers it and is ethically just to use that knowledge however they see fit, so long as their actions remain objectively just to never initiate violence to another non-aggressor.

A “Natural Self-Owner” can elect to possess, manage, sell, conceal or exchange “Individual Cognitive Assets” at will, so long as “Aggress (or Despotism – organized aggress)” is not deployed or committed against another non-aggressive “Natural Self-Owner” or their legitimate honest property.

It is objectively unjust ethically, coming from Natural Law, for any person, persons, group, business, institution, entity, power or organized political means to create, utilize, or deploy any “Initiated Violence” or utilize “Unjust Compulsory Law” to prevent a “Natural Self-Owner” from utilizing or deploying his or her “own knowledge”; thus organized compulsory monopolies that seek to intervene, or manage knowledge, understanding, wisdom, ideas, know-how, inventions, innovations, mental solutions, imaginations, patterns or secrets is objectively unjust.

“Organized Compulsory or Political Means” that forcibly intervene, manage, or interfere with voluntary exchange or the dissemination of “Individual Cognitive Assets” is ethically unjust coming from Natural Law; it is “Despotism” or “Aggress or Organized Aggress” for any individual, any group of individuals, or any organized entity or organization to intervene with a “Natural Self-Owner’s” possession of “Individual Cognitive Assets,” or his or her release of “Individual Cognitive Assets” (which are “Released Cognitive Assets”).

“Human Incorporeal Property” (The Mind, and all it’s Human Cognitive Faculties) cannot be purchased or sold ethically; it is objectively unjust to purchase or sell “Human Incorporeal Property.” Ethically it is also objectively unjust to purchase or sell “Natural Authority” or “Natural Self-Ownership” of the “Human Incorporeal Mind” or it’s “Human Cognitive Faculties” to another individual, group of individuals or any kind of political, religious, organizational, business or acting entity (this is an inherent unjust-action); it is “Aggress” or “Despotism” for any individual, group of individuals, or any kind of political, religious, organizational, business or acting entity to purchase or sell “Human Incorporeal Property.” All “Slavery” is unjust “Aggress” and if that aggress is organized then it is unjust “Despotism.”

Natural Individual Liberty – (Objective Just-Action)
A Natural Self-Owner ethically operates with, manages, and controls their own “Natural Individual Liberty; no person, group, organization, institution, power or authority can ethically deploy aggress or despotism against a non-aggressive “Natural Self-Owner,” or interfere with his or her “Natural Individual Liberty.” –
